    Accommodations Request Letter

    We conduct a focused 60-70 minute interview for the purpose of providing you with documentation needed for work or college/university accommodation only.

    Fee: $300 - 450 (installment plan available)

    Autism/ADHD Diagnostic Consultation

    Most people use this option to explore what their neurotype may be or confirm their suspicions about themself. We conduct a two hour assessment interview, diagnostic testing, and two hour results review appointment for the purpose of providing you with either a diagnostic letter or accommodations letter.

    Fee: $900 - 1350 (installment plan available)

    Autism/ADHD Diagnostic Report

    We conduct a two-hour assessment interviews, diagnostic testing, and an appointment to review your results for the purpose of providing you with a full diagnostic report including test scores and a summary of the interview.

    Fee: $1,200 - 1,800 (installment plan available)
