Jennifer Dunn, AMFT #160359
INDIVIDUAL AND RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
Jenn Dunn is an associate therapist who works with adults and couples seeking support around trauma, relationships, and life transitions. She is especially interested in working with individuals and couples navigating attachment wounds, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, non-traditional relationship structures, LGBTQIA+ identities, and neurodivergence. As a neurodivergent, cisgender woman and parent, Jenn brings both professional training and lived experience to her work, offering a space that is warm, affirming, and grounded in real-life understanding.
Jenn takes a gentle, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy. Her work is trauma-informed and relational, and she integrates narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and Brainspotting when appropriate. Jenn is also in training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and enjoys supporting couples in building deeper connection, communication, and emotional safety.
Many clients come to Jenn seeking support with trauma and adverse childhood experiences, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic illness, and the long-term impact of stress and survival. She views trauma broadly, including medical trauma, developmental trauma, and experiences of violence or neglect, and works holistically with both mind and body to support healing. Jenn strives to create a space where clients do not have to explain or justify their identities and where therapy can feel compassionate, flexible, and deeply human.
