  • Gender Affirming Letters

    As a Gender Affirming Letter Access Project (GALAP) Pledge signers, we offer free and low-cost letters required by insurers for gender-affirming medical gender treatments and procedures. Our aim with these letters is to advocate for your body autonomy by stating that you have a diagnosis of gender dysphoria and are capable of informed consent. It is best if you already have researched the risks and benefits of the treatment or procedures you are seeking prior your appointment. For adults, we offer free letters after a single interview that usually takes 30-45 minutes. Schedule your Gender-Affirming Medical Care Letter appointment through our client portal or contact us if you have further questions. If you are located in another state, consult the Directory of GALAP Pledge signers.

    COMING SOON: Neuro-Affirming Assessments

    Formal adult neuropsychological assessment is expensive and often requires a long wait. A full assessment by a psychologist is not always necessary. BT and Miles will soon offer Master’s level consultation and assessment for adults who want exploration and/or confirmation of suspected neurodivergence, documentation of disability accommodations needed for work, college, or university*, documentation of diagnosis for medical providers*, or a lower cost option for adult assessment.

    This is NOT the right service for you if you need documentation in order to receive state or federal disability benefits, documentation for professional exam accommodations, or regional center services.

    *Some schools and medical providers may require a PhD level assessment.
