Groups and Workshops
Connect, Create, and Practice Together
Our group events are a space where we can be inspired, heal, and feel less alone. Whether the group is educational or process-oriented, we center experiential learning through activities and discussion.
❋ Eco Art TherapyWe believe connection to place is an antidote to climate change grief and isolation. In these seasonal workshops, we’ll respond to nature and each other, “announcing [our] place in the family of things.” (from Wild Geese, by Mary Oliver)
❋ Autistic/ADHD Burnout Recovery EducationWhether you’re experiencing neurodivergent burnout yourself or supporting someone who is, these groups will help you understand what’s happening and implement strategies to support recovery and prevent future burnout.
❋ Creative PlayPlay is a key to wellness and a balanced life. Whatever the mode, creative expression is healing. Our groups combine forms of expression and invite you to trust and enjoy the process of creating together.
❋ Mindfulness and Somatic HealingBeing present is a practice that supports nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and our ability to make genuine connections with others. These groups are an opportunity to learn skills and practices that can support you in finding greater balance in life.

Wild Geese
Mary Oliver
You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting -
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.
Neurodivergent Burnout Recovery Groups
During each session, we’ll learn about neurodivergent burnout in bite sized chunks through videos from the Burnout Recovery Course. Then we’ll take some time to digest the information through discussion and creative activities related to the topic of the week. There will be 12 sessions to give us plenty of time to practice what we’ve learned and integrate it into our lives.
Next Series: Thursdays, 5:30 - 7:30pm from August 27, 2026 through November 12, 2026, Fee: $50 - 80 per session
We’d also love to hear from you if you are interested in a similar workshop or class for clinicians, caregivers, and loved ones of people experiencing neurodivergent or autistic burnout.
